All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of hair extensions and hygiene regulations, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits on any hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, altered, colored, washed, or tampered with.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges may only be considered if:

The hair remains in its original packaging.

The security ties/bands have not been removed.

The product has not been worn, combed, brushed, washed, colored, or altered in any way.

An exchange request is submitted within 3 business days of receiving the order.

D Raw Hair Collection reserves the right to deny any exchange request if the product does not meet these requirements.

Order Processing

Processing time is typically 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Custom and special order items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

D Raw Hair Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Hair Care Recommendations

To maximize the lifespan of your extensions:

Use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner.

Avoid excessive heat.

Deep condition regularly.

Wrap or cover hair at night.

Consult a professional stylist before coloring or chemically processing the hair.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, special lengths, colors, textures, and pre orders are non-refundable and non exchangeable.
